By using Chess and Ladders you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• One person per account. Do not share credentials or transfer accounts.
• You are responsible for the content you upload, including usernames, display names, and avatars.

Acceptable use

Follow the Community Guidelines. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate them.

Content you upload

You retain ownership of what you upload. You grant us a limited license to display it in the app so we can show your profile to other players.

Service availability

The service is provided "as is". We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do our best but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Community Guidelines.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
